Your Ivy account balance represents the total available funds in your merchant account. As soon as you create your Ivy account, you will receive a unique IBAN and wallet address for each currency and chain. You can retrieve your balance via the API or view it in the Dashboard. You can also hold balances in fiat and stablecoins.

How to Retrieve Your Balance

  • API: Use the /balance/retrieve endpoint to get your available balances.
  • Dashboard: Navigate to the Settlements section to see a real-time balance overview.

Balance Types

  • Available Balance: Funds you can use for payouts, refunds, or settlements.
  • Pending Balance: Funds that are in the process of clearing (e.g., recent payins not yet settled, payouts not yet settled).

Supported Currencies & Chains

  • Fiat: EUR, GBP, USD (soon)
  • Stablecoins: USDC
    • Chains: Ethereum, Solana, Polygon

Wallet Balances

Merchant wallet information (chain, balances, and address) can be found in the Ivy merchant dashboard under Accounts > Select account > linked wallets.
